Summary/Abstract: The author deals with Fucault’s discours and power structure analysis. In this critical review of Fucault’s theory of power, the following questions are emphasises: dominance and production of political subjects; historical genesis of the war and power discourse and the role of war as a producer of power and political institutions; relation of power with force and truth, as well as with knowledge and pleasure; problem of the ruling or managerial mentality (governmentality).
