Summary/Abstract: The collection contains five short texts written by Ajdukiewicz in the years 1920-1924. The curriculum vitae from 1924 includes, inter alia, the author’s account of his soldier years during the First World War. The second text (a summary of a lecture for The Polish Philosophical Society) is concerned with the distinction between the absolute and relative time. Texts 3 and 4 are a praise of Łukasiewicz’s three-valued logic as a contribution to the theory of human freedom. The last text – written in a casual, ‘Cartesian’ style – presents epistemological problems one faces in trying to distinguish dreams from reality.
