Summary/Abstract: The article has theoretical and empirical character. Its aim is to analyze the Local Action Groups that cover the area of Wielkopolska Voivodeship in terms of nature and diversity of these cooperations affiliated entities. There are 31 such organizations in Wielkopolska Voivodeship. The article explains the essence of networking and partnership of three sectors. Networking in tourism is an advanced form of cooperation, and can be implemented by different entities, not only tourism, aiming to create a consistent product from the tourist area. This cooperation has a significant impact on building a competitive advantage of tourist area. However, the partnership of public, economic and social sectors implies that more can be achieved in cooperation with others than by acting alone, but it can also be used to enable a citizen involvement in the development activities of the region.
