Summary/Abstract: This article presents the results of research on the development of the model of communicative organization of the education system which should become the basis of the communicative paradigm of modern education. Communicative paradigm of students` social activity development involves cultivation of subject oriented set, samples and standards where students act as full communicative subjects. Communicative paradigm of student-centered learning is a conceptual model of ‘communicative subject’ being realized in the activity-based dynamic dimension of the educational process. Communicative paradigm of contemporary students` social activity development proposed by the authors is reflected in the form of innovative pedagogical and educational technology.
