Carrying out a laboratory practical work it is possible to set various purposes allowing expanding the borders of knowledge considerably, to enrich and vary the educational process essentially. Creating the virtual educational environment and using multimedia tutorials it is possible to achieve a considerable result solving the problems of development of students` mental abilities
