Cecelia is located at the bottom of the mountain Kopaonik. Administratively it belongs to Municipality of Vushtrri (former Vuçitërn). Its main quarters are of Perçuku, of Mula-ku: of Izmaku and of Ukiqi.[...] In the third part of this study, the ethno linguistic origin of family surnames of Cecelia is explained in details: Perçuku, Mulaku, Izmaku, Uka/Ukiqi, Zeka, Zhegrova, Krasniqi, Orlishta, Musa/Mojsiu, Beqiri, Hasani, Mlinaku and Shatrolli.
