Inventory management in enterprises creating an integrated supply system

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the inventory management in enterprises creating an integrated supply system. It discusses the definition of an integrated supply system − ISS and Inventory Management Strategy Just In Time. Then it presents the results of surveys and an analysis of financial reports on inventory management for the years 2004−2008. The study area includes 51 units operating in the construction industry-heating technology. The enterprises have been divided into those which operate within an integrated supply system and the ones which operate independently on the market.
