Each user might communicate with any other via Internet network despite geographical distance between them. Everybody might share huge volume of information on the scale which used to be available to institutional media broadcasters. In Internet communication there are also some points which act as medium between users. They store files of information provided by users. They also enable users to share and search for any piece of information. These are node points in the Internet information network. They can maintain symbolic power like mass media broadcasters due to their significance and popularity. These node points are developed in cooperation with users themselves, who can influence this symbolic power in this way.
