Summary/Abstract: The amendment of the Law on Promulgation of Normative Acts and other legal regulations constitute that from 1 January 2012 the Acts and Regulations are published exclusively in electronic form – on the Internet. The public administration bodies have been obliged to maintain a separate web page for each electronic official journal. On the basis of the amended Law the Prime Minister issued the Regulation which sets out technical requirements for electronic documents that contain normative acts. In addition, the obligation of consolidation normative text at least once a year, if at that time the act was amended, was imposed. This article details the introduced changes and their complementarity with other changes related to electronization of law and administrative procedures. The article also examines the adequacy of the adopted solutions and presumptions of a common access to the Internet.
