Summary/Abstract: The article proposes an approach whereby the dynamics of the innovation potential is tracked with two groups of KPIs: innovation process effectiveness KPIs and innovation infrastructure efficiency KPIs. Appraisal of innovation activities, performed via this system of KPIs, allows for an all-embracing analysis and drives effectiveness and efficiency of innovations.
