Quality evaluation of manager's decisions by using expert system shell doctus

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this document is to attempt and solve the problem of shortening time necessary for decision making for each and particular decision, as well as improvement of quality in decision making process. The basic idea of the document was to provide the answer to the question: „How to apply knowledge and experience of many managers and theoreticians on the issue of decision making during decision making process for each particular decision? “. Research methodology is the application of the expert system prototype, specifically built for this research; the mentioned expert system based on builtin expert knowledge on the manner (process) for decision making, along with the rules of conclusion using the method of deduction, will suggest the quality of each particular decision taken in a particular enterprise. Research results obtained through application of such a built-in expert system present evaluation of decisions already taken as well as evaluation of the quality of future decision; in the future, such expert system will suggest decision makers what to pay a particular attention to during business decision making in order to make them as high quality as possible. This document will provide help for decision makers in shortening their time in the process of decision making, since it offers them an unfailing methodology for quality decision making.
