Summary/Abstract: The article presents an investigation of the integrative complexity level in the process of voter's argumentation. The integrative complexity is analyzed as a level of differentiation and integration in the process of verbalized thinking and reflects individual differences. The sample includes 219 high students distinguished in relation to participation in political election, place of resi¬dence and political orientation. The basic tendency is toward low level of integrative complexity in the argumentation process. The participation in political elections premises more arguments for its support. The investigated persons from Sofia have higher level of integrative complexity than those living in other big towns; in the same proportion are the scores between the persons with political orientation and those without it.
