Summary/Abstract: There are different classifications of the models of industrial relations established in different countries in which different criteria are used. Each of them bears conventionality to some extent. For the needs of this survey, we use the classification proposed in. Three models are delimited by it – a traditional, a neo-conservative and a neo-liberal one – depending on who are the main actors and what are the rules and procedures of establishing industrial relations in a particular country.
