Summary/Abstract: Pavel Câmpeanu tries to make a short Romanian history of contemporary Liberalism. PNL (National Liberal Party) participated in CD (Democratic Convention) coalition until 2002 elections, but they retired just in time not to pay the all cost of government. Nowadays, new coalitions were made, but PNL is far from being a really powerful party.
