Karapapakhs, who are linking Anadolu to Caucasus with its geographical and strategic standpoints, are important with its Turkish culture, history, language and literature. These lands are known as the country of Dede Korkut and Koroghlu, as well as the motherland of Ashugs and Ozans. One of the main aims for founding and publishing of “Varlik” newspaper was to give Karapapakh Turks the right of speech, because of the political and economical changes in Georgia.
