Summary/Abstract: The students at D.A.Tsenov Academy of Economics study German during the first four semesters of their training. The course is designed to teach the future economist how to use documents and original texts and how to communicate effectively in the field of business. The article investigates the use of new computer technologies and multimedia software products and their role for increasing the motivation of the students to study German for specific purposes.
