Summary/Abstract: The article presents an attempt to analyze the issues and the processes in the sphere of cultural education from the consumers of the educational target position. The overturn of optic from the consumer to the educational system is performed without ignoring the ability of the system to modify itself that reveals its own essential state. At the same time, the looking for a new educational target is characterized by its own properties that have to be known and studied as well in order to achieve adequate political and standard decisions. In Bulgaria, the assignment of theory to practice is accomplished in the terms of non-developed labor market that is an additional obstacle for the modification processes of the educational system. This situation presumes not just to reveal market niches to be effected but also to design such that in near future could be occupied by experts on the proper academic level. Following this perspective of thinking the opportunities to offer cultural education of a new type in the sphere of the management of culture, policy and administration are scrutinized. The issues treated in this article can be discussed as basic directives referring to a possible modification of the relevant education. Presumably, they would provide better chance to the future experts in cultural theory at the labor market.
