Summary/Abstract: Terrorism and organized crime is one of the major problems of the present time, having significant consequences on national and international level. Organized crime threatens in a serious way public security, pace, violates human rights and undermines economic, political, social, cultural and civil development of nations all over the world. The countries of the world monitors the organized crime situation, developing strategies and recommending measures to combat this serious problem, including promoting alternative development initiatives and adopting supply reduction measures of the organized crime. In this regard, the member states of European Union decided to create European agencies to prevent and fight organized crime. Among these agencies European Police Office and European Judicial Cooperation Unit are famous all over the world.
