Dynamics of capital expenditure and population in communities of Western Pomeranian voivodeship in the years 2008-2011

Summary/Abstract: The article refers to a problem of the local development of communities in which it is assumed that with the increase of capital expenditure there will be the growth of the community population and the capital expenditure will become the next source of local governments revenue. However, the assumption has not been confirmed in all analyzed communities.
