Summary/Abstract: The paper presents an analysis of solutions for individual debt ratio for local government units. Law, as well as suggestions for improvements have been assessed. The authors present the limitations of the law, which include the individual debt, and the limitation of the proposed solutions evaluated by opinion leaders.
