Summary/Abstract: The article describes a same problems about the management and its conditions of todays a especially tomorrow. Management is so old, as the humanity itselves, it is maybe also the oldest job. Management generally and also specially is determined by the surroundings and too this sourroundings interference itself. It possible to say, that the main tendences of evolution that infl uences management will be namely: Planetar conditions that make possible the existence of civilization. Health of people and health of the planet. Downsizing of the area as the basic philosophical category and also conditions of people existence. Accelerating the time and shorting intervals for the actual proceses. Changings of physical and psychical integrity of individuum, society and nature. For the main variance of todays it can rate the variance between informations and the ability of a human to transform them to production, that brings added value in the widets sense of word. It is also very important to solve the problematics of human factor in all his spectrum,especially of the view of the value for human, not only from the view of economics. Its role must play here states and politicians, and the same the capital.
