Summary/Abstract: The current economic and political situation in Serbia is extremely bad, the economy is in collapse, the state is deep in debt, social problems are almost impossible to solve, the population is on the edge of existence, social unrest is common, the end of crisis is nowhere in sight, except promises and optimistic statements from politicians. It’s obvious that urgent measures need to be taken for fixing the entire state’s condition and come to an end to all negative activities which are leading us to certain failure. In the post-crisis period, in order for the negative trends to be discontinued and to repair the consequences of the crisis as soon as possible, it is necessary to: Provide recovery, better organization and productivity of economy subjects; Insist on saving and rationalization on all levels; Put an end to all unsuccessful privatizations in the country; Reduce unemployment; Improve juristic security and stop economic criminality in country. Crisis will be remembered by huge activity of “Bankruptcy Mafia” that was, for a long time, stealing social enterprises, by buying property from them in the state of insolvency for a much lower price than the real one, thanks to the activities of certain persons in those enterprises, by causing bankruptcy, more likely fake bankruptcy, in those enterprises and by doing that committing criminal acts.
