Summary/Abstract: This article aims to briefly present the main new elements brought by Law no. 76/2012 and by the New Civil Procedure Code in the field of the administrative contentious procedure. Mainly, we will be taking into consideration the changes brought to Law no. 554/2004, but we will also mention the provisions of the New Civil Procedure Code which have a direct effect on the administrative procedure of legal departments. Regarding the special regulations in the matter, we will present its most important modifications.
