Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the article is to present the selected changes in strategic management, which are caused by the dynamic trends in the environment. Moreover, the article presents empirical studies of the decentralized process of forming strategies and Hamel and Breen’s innovative management. The article is based on literature studies.
