Summary/Abstract: Practice shows that landscape architecture is very much linked to biology, mathematics, philosophy, aesthetics, psychology, physics and other sciences. The study and analysis on what effects the environment has on a human and how humans impact the environment, as well as on the relations between individuals and different groups, is known as environmental psychology. To have knowledge on environmental psychology is important not only to landscape architects, but also to architects, interior designers, urban planners etc. The interest in the relations between a human and environment is growing all over the world. The results show that the interaction between humans and environment improves human health.
