Summary/Abstract: This article looks at the regulations relating to the purchase of agricultural land by foreigners in Poland, as well as the relevant regulations in other EU member states. The author also reports on the quantity of land purchased in 2000–2011 and some infringements in the tender process which occurred in the past.
