Summary/Abstract: The study examins the frame-values of academic learning, it’s psycho-socio-pedagogycal characteristics, both on structural and functional level, in the universitary environment. The theory that underlines the author’s option for approaching this problematic field is called the conceptual network – independent and dependent - theory. The author is developing illuminating assertions regarding the semantic values of concepts as: universitary study, competences and subcompetences, which he defines by a set of four independent and dependent concepts, followed by a rich series of strategies, methods and techniques, usefull and useable in the universitary didactics practiced in the instruction and professional training activities.
