Summary/Abstract: Article includes an analysis of regulations of the ACTA Agreement in the light of current Polish legislation. The article indicates, that in many areas, binding polish provisions concerning demand and execution of intellectual property rights ensure the same or even higher level of protection that is in the ACTA Agreement. The publication contains indications concerning conflict of laws with Polish regulations and areas of potential amendment, which might be necessary after entry into force the Acta Agreement.
