Summary/Abstract: As a sociologist, Sebastian Lăzăroiu is interested by the meaning of „social”, used more and more frequent nowadays, especially about the poverty people. They need a “social” help, and the columnist suggests more expressions that cover the term, but the fact is that, as a tax payer, he wants to know exactly where the money goes and why the solution of this problem is not as good as it should be.
