Summary/Abstract: Creativity is one of the most desirable features of the twenty-first century. A framework in the form of education, culture, and the relevant characteristics of the city space must exist (be created) to develop a creative attitude. City, like other spheres of human life, is changing. City has its own physical, intellectual, creative energy and like every organism evolves depending on the circumstances, related to the social, economic and cultural turbulent changes in the globalizing world. A possibility to direct contact between people, exchange thoughts, ideas and values, which is happening in suitable public space, which is open and encouraging the integration is particularly important in modern conditions.
