Summary/Abstract: From the stand point of the present situation of an increasing number of abandoned children, and also of homeless children (many of whom come from residential institutions), the authors of this paper want to initiate a line of study which intends to optimize communication in the context of educational and support institutions for this category of children so that it will positively encourage their social inclusion.
