Cultural information and users interface

Summary/Abstract: Friendly retiring users interface becomes the purpose of every Web portal but also all these Web portals relate the libraries, because new activities relized in the libraries are presented with help of these ones. Realization of these activities are being with the notation which isn΄t only linguistic and for their understanding of semiotic research with great relevance, specially computer semiotics. Analysis of the characters which are on users interfaces shows different kinds of informations, and among them there is library users interface abounded with cultural information and they are presented with different character code.
