Summary/Abstract: In the light of F. Nietzsche’s views, the Authoress seeks to answer question about God’s death, su-per-man’s appearance, and further consequences of such a situation. According to Nietzsche, man has a right to reject God, forget Him, and even put Him to death. By his nature man appears to be higher than God, and can not be subordinated to Him. Otherwise human being could be impover-ished, ridiculed, and destructed. In the Authoress opinion, traits of such a thinking can be found in contemporary culture. Atheism is not only a theoretical stance, but also has its practical implication. The rejection of God’s existence inevitably entails with transferring His features and functions on man.
