Summary/Abstract: All the ethnic groups who lived in time in Dobrogea have left, for one reason or another, their countries of origin to come and live on an arid and difficult territory. The culture of these ethnic groups, their customs, their religions, makes life rich in Dobrogea in terms of spirituality and ethnic diversity, in a place where the intercultural and interethnic exchange is fundamental and original. In Dobrogea one meets the most diverse communities but with a common goal: to create favorable conditions for such groups to maintain their cultural heritage, the conservation of traditions and the language used and the possible development of these groups other than their own state frame of their countries of origin. In this sense, Dobrogea was an area which offered conditions for fully maintaining the identity of those communities.
