AESTHETIC VALUES AS A MULTICULTURAL ELEMENT OF AXIOLOGICAL PLANE OF THE ADMINISTRATION - AN OUTLINE OF THE PROBLEM

Summary/Abstract: Aesthetic values have little relationship with the law, including legal and administrative sciences. This article aims to identify the unaudited aesthetic issues of law, appropriates the aesthetics of the administration. Meanwhile, the structure and administration activities can be analyzed also for its aesthetic values such as order, proportionality, harmony and completeness. These types of observations and conclusions may extend the test administration to another aspect of considerations.
