Summary/Abstract: The quality of social climate in organizations is explained based on the tendencies for humanization of work environments and work relations. Data were collected by a 90 statement scale for a social climate-based on Moos’s research questionnaire (modified by Assoc. Prof. V. Rusinova, Institute of Psychology, Bulgarian academy of Sciences).
