Towards aware policy of social responsibility in higher education

Summary/Abstract: The paper explores significant changes, which are consistent with the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, that take place in higher education. Therefore, the aim of this article is to identify crucial aspects of university responsibility. Those aspects are resulting from the social role of the university and are strongly connected with the expectations of their stakeholders. Moreover, the importance is attached to the human resources policy in higher education as it plays a key role in the fulfillment of the university mission. What is more, the authors underline the main challenges in the area based on the employee survey.
