Summary/Abstract: Responsibility can be perceived as an attitude of a man, which results in actions being undertaken in the name of responsibility. The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility becomes a key element of EU economic policy, and should be implemented not only in business. This will require, among other aspects, the promotion of the concept, educational initiatives designed to raise the level of knowledge and awareness as well as attempts to stimulate action. This article aims to identify employees' attitudes towards Corporate Social Responsibility and attempts to assess it in the context of readiness for action. The study was conducted in Podkarpackie among current and future employees of companies.
