Summary/Abstract: The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) joins closely with the aspect of human resources management which relates to investing in people and developing human capital in the organization. Human capital development contributes, however, to achieve the aims appointed by the organization effectively and increase the commitment of workers in the improvement of its actions. The purpose of the article is to show how CSR influences human capital development in the organization, and also to indicate possible benefits of undertaking initiatives in this area.
