Summary/Abstract: The study evaluates the measure in which some factors influence the conflictuality Level in school teenagers, in the view of the students themselves and of their teachers. A psychological--social inquiry was carried out on two samples (N = 516 students and N = 84 teachers). The authors communicate the following results: pupils and teachers do not see any influence of the age factor (the two subintervals of the adolescence age) on the conflictuality level; the residence (either urban or rural) does no matter (students appreciate), and when it matters, the urban children are much more conflictual than the rural ones (teachers appreciate); the influence of the birth order is controversed by the two samples; but both students and teachers agree that the conflictuality in children is induced by the following rank order of the parent presence situations: the absence of the parents, children with single parents, and children with both parents.
