Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to show the role of trust in sustainable enterprise integrated model. In the first part the authors present the essence of business sustainability and the concept of ”tomorrow” enterprise ie sustainable enterprise which is connected with it. Next sustainable enterprise integrated model is characterised with pointing obligatory and optional elements including trust. Semco Group which is an example of sustainable enterprise based on trust lets in the last part of the article show the integrated model with an isolated factor as an organizational trust. Open management model carried out in management practice in Semco Group is a very good starting point for sustainable enterprise. Experience of Semco Group confirms great importance of obligatory elements of integrated model, ie constant vigilant attention at the highest level and the ablity to renew themselves. At the same time trust and employee empowerment are the highest optional elements of the mentioned model. The authors of the article emphasize the importance of further studies for the organizations which in practice implement the concept of sustainable enterprise integrated model which will even more precisely let specify the group of optional elements of integrated model. The evolution of theory and practice is constantly taking place in this respect which only confirms the need for further studies of this area.
