Young People Civic and Political Participation

Summary/Abstract: This study is focused on the Romanian young people and wants to describe the main dimensions of the civic and political participation of young people. The meanings that young people attribute to the political have their beginnings in the cultural space of the society, but also in the complexity of the contexts in which persons and groups are placed. Values, attitudes and behaviors of the civic and political participation are very important for the political and economical lines of modern societies in general and in societies that are young in the democratic experience, in particular.
