Public Prosecution Change by the Examining Magistrate

Summary/Abstract: This present study is devoted to proceeding issues related to Public Prosecution change by the examining magistrate on the base of legal norms. It is clarified the notions "more gravely'' respectively "more softly", equally, and as well as in the same way punishable crime. In that relation is regarded the official activities about law right application and basic rights observing of subjects in criminal procedure. The practice of the Supreme Court is studied as well.
