National and international assumptions

Summary/Abstract: This survey was developed outside the scope of economic isolation and includes: 1. A search for basic concepts - concepts and theses such as morphogenetic structure, limited object, synthesis vs. decay, the theory of the nucleus, etc. are for-mulated and applied in all parts of the article. 2. Economic morphogenetic field - with an emphasis on the theoretical section, one-way economic interpretation and the problem of economic gravity. 3. Dominant focus – the global economic balance. Three two-dimensional matrices with the fol-lowing proposed methodologie: "Savings - Consumption", "Savings - Debt," "Consumption - Debt" are developed for this research. Conclusions are made for individual countries within the nine quadrants of the matrix. 4. Reflections on the political and social morphological fields. In conclusion, an approach of adequacy and proactivity for balancing the global economy is proposed.
