Summary/Abstract: The paper looks at the selected questions related to the relations between Poland and China, with particular attention given to economic ties. The article begins with presenting the legal basis of bilateral relations. In the next section the author discusses economic relations, including its volume, opportunities and challenges. Next, the prospects for Polish-Chinese cooperation on local and regional level is covered.
