Summary/Abstract: The Aim of this paper is to use statistical data to Compaq the state and dynamics of selected corruption crimes in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic and on the basis of the facts to determine in which country law enforcement authorities successfully manage to combat this phenomenon. The next goal is to compare the possibilities of using operative search means to detect corruption in both countries.
