Summary/Abstract: Generally speaking, in the families, the communication represents that process which takes place conforming to the specific social models for every society. These structures of communication are proper only for the family system. The levels and the styles of communication make the difference between a family with difficulties and the normal ones. The communication is an interaction, behaviour, a redefinition between the partners. The members of the family are involved in cross talk introducing news elements, to eliminate the painful elements, to correct the mistakes, showing the feelings and interpreting the answers, giving advices, solving the dilemmas. The cause of the marital conflicts is the disabled communication between the members of the same family and in the couple. The violence which means the impulsive behaviour of the partners, the infantilism is a result of the wrong communication. Most of the families affected of domestic violence have major difficulties in communication and the verbal violence and the psychological one is the main “weapon” of the aggressive partner.
