Summary/Abstract: The article examines the constitutionalisation of law in the Republic of Moldova, addressing its challenges and prospects in the context of European integration. It highlights the growing complexity of legal regulations, insufficiently substantiated legislative initiatives, and the lack of consistent constitutional culture. The study emphasises the importance of interpreting the Constitution as the exclusive source of national law and argues for a systematic consolidation of constitutionalism within Moldovan society.
