Summary/Abstract: The basic research goal of the analysis is to identify the dimensions and thematic threads of expert discourse on artificial intelligence at the level of parliamentary subcommittees in 2020–2024. Four hypotheses were formulated, all of which were confirmed. Qualitative discourse analysis was used as a research method. The results of the analysis indicate that the Polish state was perceived by experts as a political actor that does not use AI as an instrument of governance in a systemic way.
