Elections in the Context of the Principle of the Common Good

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the relationship between the principle of the common good and elections. Defining Polish statehood in the context of the principle of the common good has significant consequences for both state authorities and citizens themselves. It is important to find answers to the questions to what extent the common good influences the electoral procedure, what conditions elections should meet to express the common good, and what consequences for citizens arise from the presence of the principle of the common good in the constitutional order.
